As the Senior Director of Human Resources and Benefits for Knox County Government, Stephanie leads operations and strategic development for over 3,000 public employees. Drawing on 28 years of cross-sector experience—including 18 years in healthcare—she applies a systems-level perspective to drive continuous quality improvement and service excellence. Stephanie holds an MBA from the University of South Dakota and recently earned her SHRM-SCP credential, further solidifying her expertise in high-level HR leadership. Her decade of service to Knox County is marked by a steadfast commitment to strategic planning and internal organizational health.
